NOPD Crime Blast
On March 9th at or about 9:10 am, a black male entered the Circle K store in the 6200 block of S. Claiborne. The subject picked up an item in the store and proceeded to the cash register. As the cashier handled the sale, the subject handed her a note which demanded she place the money in a bag. He then told the cashier to put the money from the cash register in a bag. The cashier complied. The subject fled the store on foot with a small amount of money. The suspect is described as a 20-25 year old black male, 5 feet, 5 inches, 160 lbs., wearing a grey jacket, blue jeans and a knit cap.
